Coach Ruggles grew up on the outskirts of Richmond, VA. He was a four year varsity starter in high school. He received multiple offers to play at the collegiate level, but took a full academic scholarship to a larger, local school instead. He received his bachelors degree in exercise science at Old Dominion University. While there, he had an internship with a FBS coaching staff where he worked for two years. Coach Ruggles has been a NCAA compliant scout for the past five years and helped over 500 student athletes receive scholarships to play collegiate football.
Brad Roach
Player Development
Brad Roach played Quarterback at Catawba College and was a DII All -American QB in 2007. He was also the number one ranked quarterback in the country at the DII level that year. Brad was signed in 2008 by the Baltimore Ravens where he continued his success at the professional level. A trip to the pros in Canada after and some semi-pro ball brough Brad back to North Carolina after an unfortunate shoulder injury. Brad is now the owner of Film To Field - a platform designed to provide youth athletes with all the necessary skills to play at the next level.

Coach Jacobson was a three year varsity starter in high school. He then went on to play at UW - Eau Claire as a guard playing on the offensive line. Coach Jacobson is currently a writer for SBLive where he discusses top games of the week. He is also a NCAA compliant scout with G.E.M. Class.

Stephane is a NCAA compliant scout on the G.E.M. Class team. Coach Turner played at Oklahoma Baptist and received his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He currently trains local athletes in the the Dallas area.
